The Towpath mob match for invitees only, restricted to local running clubs and is great fun as almost all the local clubs get a great turn out and it's a great way to end the week. The course has changed slightly in the park since I last took part in 2003, I imagine that this is to help the runners get spread out before the narrow footpath along the gyratory system that leads to the towpath itself . .
